  • Why should I book using this website?

  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2pm.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes, please give us a call if you’re arriving after 8pm on a weekday and after 6pm on a weekend.  We will provide a key in a locked box for you.

  • What time is check-out?

    Standard check-out time is 10am. 

  • Is parking available onsite?

    Yes, every room has a designated car park next to your room.

  • Is parking undercover?

    No, it is not under cover parking.

  • Do you have Smart TVs in your rooms?

    Yes, we have Smart TVs in all of our rooms.

  • Do you have Foxtel?

    No, we don’t provide Foxtel, but if you have a membership, you can log in to our TVs with your login.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all our rooms are non-smoking.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    We don’t have a restaurant at our motel, but The Foundry Bistro and Bob’s bar are located across the road from us.  Golden Square Hotel is also an option, which is an 8-minute walk from us.

  • Do you have room service?

    Yes, we offer room service for breakfast.  A Continental breakfast menu is available at reception.

  • Do you have free WIFI in guest rooms?

    Yes, we have free WIFI available for all our guests.

  • Do you have a Pool or outdoor entertainment area?

    Yes, we have a secluded garden BBQ area with a heated pool, spa, tables and umbrellas.

  • Do you have a supermarket nearby?

    Yes, Woolworths is directly adjacent to our motel.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    Bendigo CBD is 2 minutes by car on the same road.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

  • Do you have a guest laundry?

    Yes, we have a secure guest laundry available free of charge.

  • How do I guarantee by booking?

    Credit card details are required to secure the room booking.

  • Do you have a gym?

    No, we don’t have a gym on-site, but there are several gyms that are close in proximity to our motel.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Unfortunately, we have a "No Pets Allowed" policy.
