Travellers coming in via Bendigo Airport or just visiting Bendigo Hospital, Bendigo Stadium, or the arts and heritage precinct will appreciate our convenient position and easy on-site parking.

From Melbourne (via Calder Freeway – M79)

Travel north on the Calder Freeway (M79) toward Bendigo. Continue straight as the freeway becomes High Street heading into Golden Square. Follow High Street for approximately 4 km and pass the Golden Square shopping strip. The Heritage Bendigo will be on your right, clearly signposted and easily accessible. We are directly opposite the old Fire Station, which is on the left.

From Bendigo CBD

Head south along High Street past the city’s heritage precinct and the Central Deborah Gold Mine on your left. Continue past Woolworths supermarket and The Foundry, which are on your right. The Heritage Bendigo will be on your left-hand side shortly after you have passed The Foundry Hotel.

From Bendigo Railway Station

Simply drive south-west down Mitchell Street, turn left at the main intersection onto High Street (Calder Highway/A79), and look for the big fountain as the landmark. Follow the road straight down into Golden Square until you reach the motel on your left shortly after The Cheesecake Shop. It is a brief 3 to 4-minute drive.

From Bendigo Airport

Exit the airport by heading west on Victa Road toward Holdsworth Road, turn left, and continue straight for about 2.5 kilometres. Next, turn right onto the Midland Highway (Napier Street) and follow it as it heads toward the city centre, curving left as the road automatically becomes Chapel Street and then transitions into McCrae Street. Continue straight through the heart of town as the main road shifts names to Pall Mall and transitions directly into High Street. Stay on High Street for 2.5 kilometres heading into Golden Square, where you will arrive at the motel on your left-hand side immediately after passing The Cheesecake Shop on your left.
